For tall or heavily neglected yards that need extra time, double‑cutting, trimming, or debris clearing before regular service can begin.
Large Yard – Weekly (1+ acre)
$70–$90+ per cut
For larger residential lots and rural homesteads. Final price based on total mowing area, trimming length, and travel distance.
Yard maintenance & add‑ons
Optional cleanups and trimming can be added onto your mowing visit or scheduled separately.
Hedge & shrub trimming
Typically $40–$120+ per visit
Pricing depends on number of shrubs and access around beds. Haul‑off of clippings available on request.
Leaf removal / seasonal cleanup
Priced by yard size & volume
Fall leaf cleanups, stick/debris removal, and prepping beds and turf before and after the growing season.

Licensed chemical applications (weed control, insecticides, etc.) will be offered once state certifications and permits are finalized.
